
Erik was admitted to the Massachusetts bar in 2005, and joined the firm of Christopher, Hays, Wojcik & Mavricos, LLP in March 2007. Erik has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in Massachusetts District Courts, Superior Court, Probate Court and Land Court. Erik has also represented clients in cases before the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts. Presently, Erik's practice includes general civil litigation, commercial and business disputes, employment matters, will contests, municipal matters, and property disputes. Additionally, Erik represents business owners in reviewing, negotiating and drafting employment agreements, service agreements, partnership and LLC agreements, and company policy manuals.
Erik is a graduate of Wachusett Regional High School (1995); American University's School of Public Affairs in Washington, DC (1999); and the University of Maine School of Law in Portland, Maine (J.D. 2005). During 2006 and 2007, Erik served on the Board of Directors for the Young Lawyers' Division of the Massachusetts Bar Association, and was the Editor-in-Chief of the MBA's Young Lawyers' Journal in 2007. Since 2007, Erik has volunteered his time to serve as the coach for the Shrewsbury High School Mock Trial Team. He is also active within the Worcester Country Bar Association, the Worcester Economic Club, the Worcester Chamber of Commerce, and the Holden Area Chamber of Commerce.
