Sherri Sacks-MartinAssociate

Sherri concentrates her practice in estate and trust administration. She guides individuals through the entire estate settlement process beginning with the probate of the will, collection of assets, preparation of the applicable tax returns including estate, fiduciary and individual tax returns, advice on post mortem planning, distribution of assets, funding of trusts, and trust administration.

Sherri is a graduate of Mary Washington College (B.A. 1988) and received her J.D. from Western New England College School of Law in 1993. She is admitted to practice in Connecticut. Prior to joining Christopher, Hays, Wojcik & Mavricos, LLP, in 2011, Sherri handled trust and estate administration for the law firm of Mountain Dearborn & Whiting, LLP for ten years. She also worked in the tax department and estate settlement departments of Shawmut, Fleet, KPMG and Bank of Boston. She is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association, Worcester County Bar Association and the Estate and Business Planning Council of Worcester.
