Probate Matters

A thorough knowledge of probate law is required to properly represent and advise heirs and fiduciaries. Our attorneys work with executors or administrators in probating estates and advising them on the procedures and accounts required by the probate laws. When disputes develop between the deceased’s family members or legatees, we assist heirs and executors in challenging or defending wills or trusts and help to resolve these disputes through negotiations and, if necessary, trial. Our lawyers also help clients in drafting wills and trusts so that their property is disposed of according to their wishes.
